Where suspicious activity is identified, basa18 may freeze accounts, withhold funds pending investigation, and report activity to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

13.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
14.1 basa18 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, basa18 will notify registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.
